Typical cider house menu based on cod omelette, fried cod with peppers and beef big steak. The dessert is composed by sheep cheese, quince and nuts.

To drink is not served wine in the cider house, only is served our cider made at home in the txotx way: each diner freely takes the cider with his glass directly from "kupelas" (wooden barrels) situated in the dining room.
